If you receive a "SNAP! An error has occurred" message in the app:

1. Verify that the OS version installed on your device meets our minimum support requirements
Snap errors may occur and persist without remedy if your device is unable to run our code.

2. If your device does meet our support requirements then this can often be resolved by logging out and exiting the GameGlass Host software on your PC and also clearing the cache of the app or browser on your touchscreen device before relaunching both. 

If you have difficulty finding where to clear the cache on your specific device's app settings or browser you may alternatively uninstall and reinstall the app to accomplish the same.
